This booking form below is for prospective Michigan bankruptcy, real estate, and business service requests only.
Once you select, a time and date for your initial consultation, providing the contact information required, we will email you if we need any specific information or documentation for review in advance of the appointment. Anything we request will need to be returned prior to the conversation, or we may need to reschedule.
For bankruptcy clients in particular, we will send you prior to your appointment a pre-consult questionnaire and separate (no-charge) consultation agreement. Both will need to be completed entirely and returned, signed, prior to the meeting.
For bankruptcy clients, in-person initial consults are available in our Livonia office on an as-needed basis.
Otherwise, all appointments will be held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. (We will provide a link.)
There is no charge for the meeting

We are not able to provide specific legal advice until we agree that we are working together and then enter into a retainer agreement with retainer fee provided following the consultation.
