Our flat fee INCLUDES a professional pre-filing clearance search. This search includes provision of an attorney opinion letter regarding the odds of success of your trademark registration. If you elect to move forward after receiving this opinion, the flat fee also includes application drafting and filing. We timely update and communicate with you throughout the year-long process at no added charge!
Specifically, our comprehensive flat fee package can help you register your trademark with the following:
- Initial full, professional trademark clearance search of Federal and State trademark registries. This search also includes state business registrations, internet domain names, social media usages, and other risk areas.
- Detailed search report.
- Detailed Opinion Letter regarding your likelihood of registration based upon the clearance search, as well as on other factors such as the strength of your trademark.
- Drafting, review, and filing of one (1) Federal Trademark Application with the USPTO.
- Correspondence and communication throughout the trademark registration process (as long as 1 year).
- Responses to “Non-Substantive” Office Actions (minor procedural USPTO refusals).
- Unlimited application monitoring and timely status updates (until registration).
- Provision of your successful Trademark Registration Certificate.
Additional flat or hourly attorney fees apply to post-filing Statements of Use and Statement of Use Filing Deadline Extension requests, responses to post-application Substantive Office Actions, Oppositions, and other litigation.
