Schedule Your Consultation

Interested in speaking with us?

Use the form below to schedule an initial trademark, bankruptcy, real estate, or business services consultation with the Livonia, Michigan attorneys of Noble Path Legal PLLC.

Bankruptcy consultations are provided at no charge. Consultations for all other services require prior payment of a nominal consultation fee, which varies by service type and is described on the scheduling page for each service.

To schedule your consultation:

  • Select your service type.
  • You will then jump to our Calendly page, where you will need to select a time and date for our meeting.
  • Depending on your service type, you will be asked some further initial questions. These will provide us with the most useful information possible when we speak.
  • We will then email you with a confirmation. (You’ll receive one from Calendly as well, which will contain the Zoom meeting link).
  • If not a bankruptcy matter, we will also email you a link for payment of the consultation fee via LawPay. This fee secures your time-slot and must be paid by the end of the day prior to your appointment date. If not paid, the appointment will be removed from our calendar without notice. If paid and you retain us within 24 hours of your consultation, the fee will be applied to the fee for your legal service. It is otherwise non-refundable.
  • If we need any further information or documentation from you, we’ll let you know in that email.

Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy consultations:

If you are seeking bankruptcy services, we will send two specific items prior to your appointment.

  • A pre-consult questionnaire that will provide us the basic information we need to make a recommendation; and
  • A separate (no-charge) consultation agreement.

Both will need to be completed entirely and returned, signed, prior to the meeting.

For bankruptcy clients, in-person initial consults are available in our Livonia office on an as-needed basis.

Otherwise, all appointments will be held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. (You will automatically receive a link when booking.)

However, be aware that the purpose of this conversation is for us to gather the information we need to make a recommendation to you. We are not able to provide specific legal advice until we agree that we enter into a retainer agreement and a retainer fee paid.
